03 / THE DESIGNER
Hi, I’m
Youness.
I turn the atmosphere of a story into a cover you can recognize at a glance.
I’m a graphic designer from Morocco, now living in California. I specialize in book covers and work primarily with independent authors. Since 2016, I’ve designed more than 800 covers, helping writers give their stories a visual identity.
My work ranges from minimalist silhouettes and double-exposure compositions to decorative fantasy covers and foil-ready line art. I care about the big idea, the small details, and how the finished book feels in a reader’s hands.
